Yala National Park boasts one of the greatest biodiversities in Sri lanka. It’s home to 44 species of mammals, 215 species of birds and is also renowed for one of the largest leopard densities in the world.
At RAIA, our drivers are experts in the art of safari. The skill to track and spot animals in the shadows and shrubbery of the forest is one they’ve honed over years of experience.
From identifying leopards by their spots or elephants by tusks, our drivers know the park like the back of their hands, and with the multitude of adventures they’ve experienced over the years, they have many a story to tell.
